Conference Location
The JALTCALL 2013 conference and ER Seminar will be held at Shinshu University, Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture from Friday May 31st to Sunday June 2nd. The campus is located in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture.
By train
JR Matsumoto Station is two hours from Nagoya and two and half hours from Shinjuku by hourly express train on the Chuo line. It is 50 minutes by express from Nagano City. You can use this timetable & route site to find train times.
By plane
There are two daily flights from Fukuoka and Chitose Airport to Shinshu, Matsumoto Airport on Fuji Dream Airlines.

By bus
From the main exit of Matsumoto station, head right and cross the road to Espa department store, go down to the basement bus terminal and take a Shindai Yokota circular 信大横田 line or Asama line 浅間 bus. Get off at Daigaku nishimon. The journey takes 15 mins and costs 190 yen.
By taxi
A taxi from Matsumoto Station will cost around 1,400 yen and takes 10 minutes.
